  • Cancellations made 7 days before the tour are eligible for a refund (excluding processing fees).

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

3. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be offered an alternative or refund.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during booking.

  • Follow safety instructions from guides and staff.

  • Ensure personal belongings and travel documents are secure.

5. Liability

Sonic Hurghada is not liable for personal loss, injury, or damage caused by natural events, third parties, or failure to follow safety rules.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

  • Cancellations Made by the Customer:

    • More than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund minus any non-refundable expenses (e.g., bank fees, third-party service costs).
    • 15-30 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
    • Less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund.
  • Cancellations Made by :

    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule for a different date.

3. Refund Process
